Good Things at -Elan-

There are alot going on at -Elan- right now.  A new and lovely logo, new releases, The Vintage Fair, Group Gift (the snow man sweater I’m wearing in the picture) and salessssss.  There are four outfits of clothing that are only selling at L49 and a beautiful Quinn red gown that has marked down to L100 just this week.

I am learning how to create snow effects using PS and here are the results.

1920s

As you can see, I’m still in my vintage mood.   This Harris Tweed coat brought me way back to the 1920s era, an era that women started to wear what they feel more comfortable; an era that women’s fashion revolutionizedand and became more modern.   

This Tweed Coat from .SHI has alot of detailed work on the texture and prims.  Not only that, it also comes with a cape that can be worn as an option to the coat.  .SHI is offering four different colors and patterns of the coat, which mean you willl get four different taste of the 1920s.

In the picture I am wearing the Cloche hat, also from .SHI, and the 1920s hair that comes with the hat.  I also paired the outfit with a long pearl necklace and complete my look with a lacy skirt.

 

Thanks to the women in the 1920s and Joy Laperriere from .SHI that we have such beautiful and sexy clothing to wear in both lives.  This is my second attempt of photoshop editing.  Hope you like the results as much as I processed the picture.

Poncho

I’ve got this Poncho from Vita’s for quite sometime now and finally have the chance to put together a style for it.  I pair the Poncho with a Retro top from Shiki Design that’s part of a dress for the Vintage Fair, and an old belt from my inventory (so I guess it is Vintage to SL’s standard ) and a nice pair of royal blue pants from .SHI.

 The hat is a lovely find from Purplemoon at the Vintage Fair too and cute accessories from The Sea Hole at the Collabor88.  The lags are all worth it!

This is my first attempt taking picture with the Firestorm viewer and I am loving the effect.  I did some cleaning up and sharpening using PS and voila!  My first edited photo.
