After days of teasing, The AVENUE A/W Fashion Week is finally here! The event opening this Sunday (Sept 29), will have fashion shows the entire afternoon. This time AVENUE has staggered the show times, catering for audience from different regions so if you are not able to make it to the 12pm (SLT) show because you are having your beauty sleep, try to catch the one at 6pm when you are wide awake. 🙂

Today I have for you a “Minnie gone formal & edgy” theme. This beautiful glittery gown is called Heather, from Zanze, for the Avenue A/W Fashion Week. I love how the shades transition from each layer, emphasizing the colourful season of Fall. ❤

I survived my first week in the new job. Phew! It wasn’t bad at all. I had a lot of down time that made me wish I have access to my PS to do some photo editing, but no complaint. It’s good to meet new people and do something different.

The best part of my morning to work is a 10 minutes walk to the office. The morning breeze at this time of the year is beautiful, with temperature around 11C, breezy and sunny. Then, temperature rose to a beautiful 24C during lunch hours and up again to 28C in the evening. It’s neither humid nor dry too, just my kind of autumn.

Anyway, I’m glad Friday evening is finally here because it is another of my favourite time of the day. Blogging time!

I have been admiring the hats from LODE for awhile now and it is it’s recent release called the Smooth hat that had me said: “That’s it! I MUST blog it!”. The Smooth hat is very unique. It has the touch of a mexican and a brim hat, and needless to say an awesome hat for styling. I brought my Smooth hat to this little church that I have recently discovered, for a photoshoot. It works perfectly too as a shade on that sunny day. 🙂

The LODE Smooth hat is available at the current cycle of L’accessoires and comes in 5 colours.

Also, this little flora dress that I have been wearing for days and to all my shopping trips is one of Miamai’s recent releases called Sagi Retro dress at the AVENUE Fashion Week. This dress, flora meets lace number is just very “me”. Needless to say, I bought it without second thought. How I wish I could afford all the colours. 😛
