My comfy shoes will help with that hours of standing while waiting for everything to rezz, my hair is tied back so it will still look neat after all the pushing to get to the machines I want and a good pair of cool gloves to support my wrists with all the clicking, and my lovely clothing…well, I just want to look pretty if I end up kicking the gatcha machines. 😛

Same space and sky room, I have created my dream corner, a corner where I could enjoy reading a book while sipping a glass of wine. My quite corner if I may called that. I have gone a little retro in the decoration, inspired by the armchair and hanging lamp by Kuro.
Posing in my set, I am wearing the Carressa Gown by Armony, Dawn necklace by EMO-tions and a soon to be released skin by Clef de Peau called Julia. Marcopol Oh, the designer behind of La Penderie de Nicole and Studio Oh!, is the designer for this beautiful skin. You will be able to find the Julia skin in a few tones and make ups so stay tuned on the release date!

The Home and Garden Expo (HGE) 2013 has opened since May 24, with 11 sims and over 100 creators, is the 6th Annual Expo to benefit the Relay for Life (RFL). You will also be able to find 30 creators from the ever popular breedables sector in the second annual Breedables Fair at this Expo. This year’s Expo feature 8 regions full of home products, 2 sims just for the breedables fair and 1 entertainment sim where you can take a break from shopping and party in style: there is going to be a lot to see and do at this year’s Expo! I have been busy unpacking the blogger packs since Thursday and decorating of course. 😀 Feeling excited to find so many amazing items from the Expo, I am also amazed with some of the high quality and delicate items from stores that I haven’t heard of; but what impressed me the most is they are low prims with really detailed mesh works and texturing.
This cute CIRCA Sky Room is one of my favourite because not only it is cute, it also comes with really beautiful doors and a balcony that is bright and fresh. I love the wood textures on the floor inside and the grass texture on the balcony. The trees, lights and the sun ray are a huge bonus, so I absolutely love love love it!
As much as I love to decorate my home, I can’t say I am very good in it, so I am going to do a small section at one time. Hopefully you like what I have put together so far. 🙂
The Home and Garden Expo ends on June 2 so you have one full week to explore the sims, they are really beautiful and plesant to walk around. Remember to bring a truck because I believe you will need that to load your purchases. 😉 There are no specific starting point at the Expo so anywhere is a good start and there are TP boards all over the sim, so they are really convenient. I started mine from here and have landed on a few people since. 😛

It’s going to be an exciting weekend for all the Fantasy fans in Second Life when the Fantasy Faire opens its’ door at 6am on the 20th. The Fantasy Faire, if you are not familiar, is a Relay for Life event that raise funds for the American Cancer Society.
Celebrating its fifth year, Fantasy Faire 2013 is the largest gathering of fantasy designers, enthusiasts, roleplayers and performers in the virtual world. From Saturday April 20 to Sunday April 28, there will be nine days of shopping, live music concerts, auctions, hunts and roleplaying for thousands of Second Life residents.
This year there are eight sims sponsored and created by some of the best designers in Second Life and each sim has different theme and unique feel like a fairyland, that eventually connected as a huge Fairy continent. Whether your style be steampunk or fae, mer or gothic you will find yourself at home at some of the sims.
Debuting my first post for this year’s Fantasy Faire, I am an Elven in a delicate layared dress created by FATEwear. Some of you might know FATEwear, which is a brand that specialised in modern men’s wear and accessories. The designer behind of FATEwear, Damien Fate, is also the mesh creator for his brand FATEwear and the popular women’s mesh clothing brand, Coldlogic. Hence, I am super super excited when FATEwear makes it’s first presence in the Fantasy world.
Back to the dress! “Rochon”, is a layered elven dress which is tied up in the front with a long delicate ribbon. The sleeves are long and flowing and while the overall design is conservative, the front of the skirt is split up the center showing off my legs. Having said that, the dress is just as innocent as an elven. 100% of the proceeds of this item will be donated to the American Cancer Society so be a graceful and charitable Elven in this Rochon dress. 🙂
Pairing the dress is the perfect APHRODITE hair by EMO-tions, also created and will be released at the Faire this Saturday. Mirja Mills, the designer behind EMO-tions, has been creating detailed and beautiful hair for the modern, haute, avant garde and fantasy worlds, has recently taken her creations to a whole new level by adding exquisite accessories on the hairs.
There are definitely a lot to see at the Faire. Even if you are not into fantasy characters or roleplaying, the sim’s architecture and the quality of the items created by all the talented designers will have you gasping.
FATEwear will be on the Titan’s Hollow sim and EMO-tions will be on the Evensong Woods sim. Landmarks to the respective store at the Faire will be available closer to the opening time, so stay tuned!
